Youth Sports Performance, Inc is a 501C-3 organization serving Atlanta, GA and the surrounding counties. We are dedicated to promoting sportsmanship, building self-esteem, and fostering leadership to youth through education, mentorship, and sports training.

At YSP we teach functional foundation movement that's universal to all sports. During our training sessions we focus on the High 5; Balance, Coordination, Speed, Agility, and Strength. We also provide positive character trait lessons as a way to help our athletes maintain a healthy mental state while participating in their respective sport. Nutrition as it pertains to athletic performance is also included as healthy snacks and drinks are provided and discussed so that the athletes gain an awareness of the benefits of making healthy food choices.

“QUICKLY IMPROVING”
I just wanted to let you know that the program you run is a excellent program and it greatly helps the kids who want to be athletes. Alvin was always an athletic kid, but was not that strong and not very agile. He had been playing tennis since he was 4 yrs old. He was doing ok with tennis and last year he switched his sport to Cricket. He started playing cricket in Jun 2021. He was doing ok and progressing well in cricket then in March of 2022 we came to know about the YSP program and Alvin immediately wanted to join it. Since he joined the YSP program, his athleticism has improved. Just in 1 and 1/2 months I could see the change in his game, agility and attitude. He started performing much better than other kids who started cricket along with him. He also started performing at par with senior kids who had been playing cricket for more than 2 yrs. Alvin is always excited to attend YSP and doesn’t like to miss any sessions.

"Jack attended YSP for a total of 2 off-seasons. He wanted to get some additional training in the weight room before football season. YSP offers so much more than weightlifting, it provides a great combination of strength, speed and agility training. Plus, great mentoring from Coach Mattair and actual high school athletes. It was great preparation for learning the Lambert Way as part of transitioning to high school."
