Summer Camp Opportunities
Join our Intro to Strength Training Summer Camp, designed for 11-15 year olds, led by Lambert's Director of Sports Performance, Coach Mattair, along with varsity level athletes. This program is ideal for beginners and those seeking to enhance their strength training routine, focusing on safe and effective techniques. Participants will learn exercises to improve overall strength, explosiveness, mobility, power, and crucially, speed and agility, in a supportive, educational environment. It's a great way to stay active, develop a strong foundation in strength training, and enhance athletic performance during the summer.
Bright Futures Camp is a dynamic summer experience designed to mold young leaders through a blend of fun activities, engaging games, and impactful character education. Here, kids from 1st to 5th grade will thrive in an environment filled with indoor and outdoor team challenges, group competitions, and lessons aimed at fostering integrity, teamwork, and personal growth.
