HOLD YOURSELF ACCOUNTABLE

YSP currently offers three types of training sessions. First, our speed/agility sessions are designed to address the High Five areas we feel are important for any sport. The youth rotate through various coach led stations with each having a theme. 

 

Second, our intro. to strength training is designed for the 5th-8th grade athlete who is desiring to learn proper strength training technique. We teach safety first, followed by proper lifting and spotting.

 

Third, our I am an Athlete program is designed for 9-12 grade females. Program includes strength training, leadership training, 1on1 nutrition coaching, and 1on1 mental conditioning coaching.

YSP has changed the trajectory of my kids life. It has helped my children move beyond their potential both on an off the field. Caach Mattair motivates and mentors them to always be at their best because, "there is always work to do." My kids look forward to the program every week!
